University Graduate of the Rosario University, he obtained the International Trade Arbitration diploma at the Keble College of the Oxford Chartered Institute for Arbitrators. Additionally, he overtook a workshop for arbiters at the international Commerce Chamber of Commerce of Paris. His internship was done on arbiter operation management at the Inter-American Commission of Trade Arbitration in New York. He also participated on the introductory course to the Anglo-American legal system at the Cardozo University and the Navarra University at Spain.

He has performed as professor at the Externado, Rosario, Javeriana, Andes, Escuela Militar de Cadetes, Militar, and Sergio Arboleda Universities.

Today, he is director of the conflict resolution area of Bogota’s Chamber of Commerce and director, also, of the Formation center on arbitration and conciliation of the Rosario University. He is also arbiter at the center on arbitration and conciliation of the Lonjas de Finca Raíz federation, Fedelonjas, and at the Brasilian Arbitration Court. As attached director of the Inter-American Commission of Trade Arbitration he is in charge, among other powers, on the management of the process of each case of the commission.
